1. Introduction

Welcome to Oomnee. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oomnee website (oomnee.ai), the Omnia™ mobile application, and all related services, products, and content (collectively, the "Services") provided by Oomnee, Inc. ("Oomnee," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality- including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, as well as the Oomnee™, Ottee™, and Omnia™ names and logos—are owned by Oomnee, Inc., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Trademarks: The OOMNEE brand, Ottee the otter logo, and the tagline “Where Beverages Meet Intelligence” are protected under U.S. Trademark Application Serial Nos. 98353913 and 98353917.
Patents: The technology behind our automated multi-ingredient dispensing system with AI profile recall is patent-pending.

You are not permitted to use these marks or technologies without our prior written permission.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, such as subscriptions or saved preferences, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. Oomnee cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Subscription Plans: Oomnee offers various subscription plans for our products and services. Plans may include daily drink credits, such as the OOMNEE plan (1 free base coffee daily) or the OOMNEE+ plan (any one free drink daily).
Billing: By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you a subscription fee at the then-current rate, and any other charges you may incur. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through your Omnia profile in our mobile application.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your benefits will remain active until that date.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Oomnee Coin. All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway.
Product Descriptions & Availability: We aim to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to cancel orders if necessary. Product availability, pre-order options, and shipping timelines are subject to change without notice.
Pre-Orders & Commitments: By placing a pre-order, you agree to be charged at the stated price. Pre-orders do not guarantee delivery until the product is fully developed, tested, and certified for release. Refunds may be issued at Oomnee’s sole discretion if production timelines change.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, or harms Oomnee, Inc., its service providers, its suppliers, its partners, or any other user. You may not use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service (or the networks connected to the Service).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Oomnee, Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Oomnee, Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Any investment opportunities discussed on this Site are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities. Offers will be made only through an official offering document or regulation-compliant campaign. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
