Oomnee, Inc. - Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 23, 2025
A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Oomnee, Inc. (“Oomnee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit or use our website located at https://www.oomnee.ai, access our Omnia™ mobile application, or interact with our AI-powered beverage kiosks and promotional tools (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect several categories of information to provide and continuously improve our intelligent beverage ecosystem.
a. Information You Provide Directly
-
Account & Contact Data: Your name, email address, and phone number when you voluntarily create an Omnia™ account for subscriptions or saved preferences.
-
Payment Information: Credit/debit card details, billing address, and other information necessary to process transactions. This data is sent directly to and processed by our secure third-party payment processors.
-
User Profile Data: Your custom drink recipes, saved favorite orders, specific nutritional goals (e.g., macro targets), and allergen preferences (e.g., dairy, soy, nuts, gluten) that you input to personalize your experience.
-
Direct Communications: Information you provide when you respond to surveys, contact our customer support, participate in promotions, or submit inquiries for pre-orders or investment opportunities.
b. Information Collected Automatically at the Point of Service
-
Kiosk Interaction Data: To enable our seamless, touch-free experience, our Edge AI Kiosks may collect the following information locally on the device itself:
-
Hashed Facial Vectors: If you opt in to use Face ID, the kiosk camera captures an image to create a 2048-bit SHA-3 hashed vector of your facial features. This secure mathematical representation is stored only on that specific device. The raw image is immediately deleted and never stored or transmitted to the cloud.
-
Voice Commands: When you use voice ordering, the kiosk processes your audio commands locally to transcribe your order.
-
Transactional Data: A history of your kiosk orders, payment methods used (via tokenization), and your interaction with the digital menu and interface.
c. Information Collected Automatically Online & in the Cloud
-
Device & Usage Data: When you use our website or mobile app, we collect your device type, IP address, browser type, operating system, and data about your usage (e.g., pages visited, features used, time spent).
-
Oomnee Cloud Data: We process encrypted user preferences, inventory forecasting data, and machine learning updates across all our locations. This is done without ever exposing your personally identifiable data to third parties.
-
Cookies & Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, pixel tags (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), and similar technologies to collect data about your interactions with our online Services.
d. Information From Third-Party Sources
-
We may receive information from our marketing partners, analytics providers, social media platforms (only if you choose to use social logins for your Omnia™ account), and business referral platforms.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data in a structured, purposeful way to power our intelligent ecosystem:
-
To Provide and Improve Our Services: We use your order history and preferences to operate, maintain, and enhance the performance of our beverage kiosks and future home systems.
-
To Personalize Your Experience: Our Oomnee Profiles system uses your encrypted preferences to remember your favorite drinks, offer health-optimized suggestions through the Omnia™ AI, and enable a one-tap reordering experience.
-
To Process Transactions: We use your information to securely process payments, manage your OOMNEE or OOMNEE+ subscriptions, fulfill orders, and send contactless receipts to your email or digital wallet.
-
To Communicate With You: We use your contact information to send important account updates, order notifications, and marketing communications about new products or promotions. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
-
For Business Operations & Analytics: Anonymized and aggregated sales data is processed in the Oomnee Cloud for inventory forecasting and demand planning. This helps our partners reduce waste and ensures your favorite ingredients are always in stock.
-
For Investor Relations: To manage communications and access to materials for accredited investors.
-
For Safety, Security, and Compliance: To prevent fraud, protect our intellectual property, and comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
Your privacy is a core component of our design. We do not sell your data.
-
Our Secure Data Loop: All operational insights from user interactions stay inside Oomnee's proprietary AI engine. This allows the system to improve itself continuously without ever selling or sharing your data. Your preferences help us make the service better for everyone while remaining protected within our ecosystem.
-
Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted vendors who perform critical services on our behalf, such as payment processing, cloud hosting, logistics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
-
Business Partners: We may share anonymized or aggregated operational data (e.g., total number of coffees sold per day) with our franchise operators or property managers to report on performance. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.
-
Legal or Regulatory Entities: We may disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Oomnee, our users, and the public.
-
Successor Entities: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new ownership, who will be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Oomnee uses cookies and similar technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) for essential purposes, including:
-
Website Analytics: To understand how users navigate our website and which content is most engaging.

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, such as maintaining your active account, or as required by our legal, financial, and tax obligations.
7. Children’s Privacy

8. Our Commitment to Data Security
We implement a robust, multi-layered security architecture designed for privacy from the ground up.
-
Privacy-First Architecture: Edge & Cloud
-
Edge AI Kiosks: Our kiosks are designed for "edge processing." This means critical decisions and data processing, especially involving sensitive data like biometrics, happen directly on the device. This keeps your data local and minimizes exposure.
-
Secure Cloud Processing: Any data that must be processed in the cloud (like encrypted preferences or analytics) is handled within our secure Oomnee Cloud. We do not expose this data to third parties.
-
Payment Security: All payment transactions are tokenized and handled by a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway. Your full credit card information is never stored on our servers or kiosks.
-
Biometric Security: As stated above, your facial data is converted into a 2048-bit SHA-3 hashed vector and stored exclusively on the local device. This is a one-way encryption process; the original image cannot be recreated from the hash.
While we take these extensive measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% infallible.
9. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights, including the right to:
-
Know what personal information we collect, use, and share about you.
-
Request access to or deletion of your data.
-
Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your data.
-
Designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf.
To exercise these rights, please email oomneeinc@gmail.com with the subject line: “CCPA Request.”
